May is National Speech-Language-Hearing Month
National Speech-Language-Hearing Month is observed in May to raise awareness about communication disorders and the role of speech-language pathologists and audiologists in providing life-altering intervention and treatment. This month holds a special place in the hearts of speech-language pathologists, as it highlights the profound impact of their work in enhancing communication. Throughout this month, we celebrate not only this profession but also the lives that the speech-language pathologists touch every day.
