Message Regarding School Closures

Office hours for June 1-4 are 8 a.m. to noon. Office hours for June 8-11 are  7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (All 12-month employees and remaining 10-month employees, Phase 2).

We continue to work on plans for this summer and for the 2020-21 school year as it relates to modifications due to COVID-19. Summer school will take place July 6-17.

 

Updates will be communicated here on our website, via Facebook and Twitter and through our text messaging sytem.

 

Your school is your first line of communication during this time. Links to teachers’ websites, which contain their contact information, as well as the contact information for your principal is located under the “Contact” tab at the top of your school website. Web addresses for the school sites can be found at https://www.stjohn.k12.la.us/apps/pages/schools. Please reach out to your teachers and principals. They are here to help! Please utilize our Summer Learning Packets. Students are encouraged to work on the packets throughout the summer to reinforce the foundational skills students learned during the school year, as well as to set them up on a path for success for the 2020-2021 school year. For families who want additional resources, the At-Home Learning Resources we shared during the spring semester are also available.
