MARRIED STATUS OF STUDENTS

The right of a student to attend school and to participate fully in classroom instruction and extracurricular activities shall not be denied, abridged or impaired because of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, pregnancy, parenthood, marriage, or for any other reason not related to his/her capabilities.
